Kelly Tio
Kelly Tio is a dedicated family lawyer committed to guiding families through some of life’s most challenging moments with compassion, clarity, and strength. With a deep passion for child welfare and a longstanding interest in complex family matters, Kelly brings both professional expertise and genuine empathy to every matter she handles.
Before entering the legal profession, Kelly gained extensive experience in conflict resolution during her time as a retirement village manager—an environment that required sensitivity, careful communication, and effective problem-solving. This foundation has shaped her calm, considered approach to highly emotional family matters.
Kelly’s academic background includes studies in child welfare and development, reflecting her lifelong commitment to fostering healthy family relationships. She is currently working toward her mediation qualifications and is soon to become a certified parenting coordinator, further expanding her ability to assist families navigate disputes constructively.
Known for her warm, approachable manner and practical view and approach of resolving complex and sensitive matters, Kelly prioritises achieving the best possible outcomes for children and supporting parents with dignity and respect.
Whether guiding clients through separation, domestic violence and parenting and property matters, Kelly is dedicated to offering balanced, compassionate, and child-focused support every step of the way.


Tamara Grant
Tamara Grant is an experienced solicitor, beginning in property development and conveyancing and later moving into the PropTech sector, Tamara has worked across a number of customer-facing roles, complex regulatory and policy functions, and in-house counsel positions. This breadth of experience has shaped her belief that effective legal practice is not only about delivering technically sound advice, but also about understanding how legal issues impact clients, teams, and the wider community.
In her current role as a Legal Practitioner and Practice Director at Grant Legal and Mediation, Tamara’s focus is on creating an environment where legal excellence and operational effectiveness work hand-in-hand. Whether she is developing compliance frameworks or supporting teams through complex matters, Tamara leads with curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine people-first mindset.

Conveyancing
We can assist with buying and selling property in Queensland, including related party transfers. We understand that property transactions can be stressful. We aim to keep you informed throughout the process and offer Fixed Fees for additional peace of mind.
Parenting Coordination
Parenting Coordination is a child-focused alternative dispute resolution practice for high conflict separated parents to help implement Court Orders or Parenting Plans, with an aim to reduce court involvement and focus on the wellbeing of the children.
Auditing & Consulting
In addition to our technical expertise, our project management qualifications combined with extensive corporate experience means we can support organisations seeking to build a child-safe culture through our auditing and consulting services. Working collaboratively with individuals or teams, we can assist create safe and supportive environments for children and young people.
