Our mediation services are focused on resolving disputes in a way that is collaborative yet impartial, efficient and effective. Our mediators are both Nationally Accredited Mediators and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners, and cover a wide range of issues, from family law disputes through to disputes involving small businesses, commercial operations, employment matters and sporting disputes.

FAQs

Is your service accessible for regional and/or remote clients?

Yes, we offer accessible services for clients who may not be able to meet in person. Mediation sessions and initial consultations are available online via Zoom, ensuring that you can receive the support you need, no matter where you are located.

Is a mediated agreement legally binding?

No. Agreements reached at mediation are not legally binding or enforceable. If you wish to obtain a legally binding and enforceable agreement speak to one of our lawyers for further advice.

How long does mediation usually take?

Mediation sessions can vary in length, our mediations are booked for either a Half-Day (4 hours) or Full Day (7 hours). Half-Day mediations can be held either in the morning or afternoon to suit your schedule.

What is the role of the mediator in the process?

The mediator acts as a neutral, impartial third party that facilitates a discussion between the disputing parties, helping them reach a mutually agreeable resolution where they can.
