Parenting Coordination

Parenting Coordinators that are experienced in dealing with high conflict parties.

Implementing Final Parenting Orders

Parenting Coordination assists with implementing Final Orders. To engage a Parenting Coordinator, it is important to contact our office early so we can work with you to ensure the Orders sought by the Court provide for our appointment.

Our aim is to improve communication between high conflict parties and stop the cycle of litigation over minor issues, focusing on the best interests of the child or children in the long term.

Our Parenting Coordinators take on a limited number of Parenting Coordination matters so that they can provide a high level of service to each client.

We are currently accepting applications.

What does Parenting Coordination cost?

We can offer Parenting Coordination for a fixed fee, with the option to pay monthly or annually. Fixed fees are commonly shared equally between the parties. With a minimum commitment of twelve months, this provides clients with a greater level of certainty regarding costs. Our fixed fee includes monthly appointments with your Parenting Coordinator, and a dedicated line of communication for any urgent matters that may arise.

FAQs

What should I bring to my initial Parenting Coordination consultation?

Bring (or send through) any relevant documents, such as Parenting Orders made, as well as a list of any questions or concerns you may have about your matter.

Will Parenting Coordination work for my matter?

To answer this question, we recommend you meet with one of our Parenting Coordinators by booking a 30-minute initial consultation.  This is a time to talk through your matter and determine if Parenting Coordination is right for you.

Can you represent me as our lawyer and also be our Parenting Coordinator?

No. If you engage our lawyers as a Parenting Coordinator, we are unable to represent you in your family law matter as there will be a conflict of interest.

Is your Parenting Coordination accessible for regional and/or remote clients?

Yes, we offer accessible services for clients who may not be able to meet in person. Parenting Coordination sessions and initial consultations are available online via Zoom, ensuring that you can receive the support you need, no matter where you are located.

What are the fixed fees for Parenting Coordination?

Contact our office or book an initial consultation and we can provide you with further detail on pricing.
