FAQs

Is your service accessible for regional and/or remote clients?

Yes, we offer accessible services for clients who may not be able to meet in person. Mediation sessions and initial consultations are available online via Zoom, ensuring that you can receive the support you need, no matter where you are located.

Can you represent me as my lawyer and also be our mediator?

No. If you book in an initial consultation or engage our lawyers to act on your behalf, we are unable to mediate your matter, as there will be a conflict of interest.

Do I need a family lawyer?

To answer this question, we recommend you meet with one of our lawyers by booking a 30-minute initial consultation.  This is a time to talk through your matter at a high level and get some initial legal advice and understand what options are available to you.

What should I bring to my initial consultation?

Bring (or send through) any relevant documents, such as marriage certificates, financial documents, parenting plans or existing Court orders, as well as a list of any questions or concerns you may have about your case.
